CodeBot Premium is a digital service added to your Discord account right after the payment. The Turkish text is the binding one; this is a short summary.
1. Delivery
It is a service delivered online: there is no physical product, shipping or shipping fee. Premium is added to the Discord account you signed in with as soon as the payment institution approves the payment, usually within minutes; a Server Supporter package also switches it on in the server you chose. A Custom Bot is set up on the dashboard's Custom Bot page. Your order's status is on My orders, and /premium info shows the time left. If premium is not added within 24 hours, write to us; if we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.
2. Withdrawal
Because the service starts at once, there is no right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15). You accept this with the checkbox when you order.
3. Refunds
- Premium not added within 24 hours and we cannot fix it: full refund.
- Charged twice, or a different amount than shown: the extra is refunded.
- Wrong package: tell us within 24 hours and we swap it, refunding or charging the difference.
- No refund once premium is on your account and you change your mind, or if access is restricted for serious breaches of the Terms. Unused premium codes can be refunded; used ones cannot.
4. How to ask
Send your order number (on My orders) and Discord username to egelburakbakiaydemir@gmail.com or the https://discord.gg/HdDc7VQp8x. We answer within 7 days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through the payment institution.
