Welcome newcomers your way.
A welcome card with your own message, registration with name and age, unregistered and member roles, a server tag, and notification roles members pick themselves.

Registration
Newcomers start with an unregistered role. Staff register them with a name and age; roles are given and the nickname changes to your format. A leaderboard shows who registered how many.
Welcome card
A picture card with the member's avatar and name, next to your own message. Premium servers put their own picture behind the card.
Roles and tag
With role menus, members pick their notification roles themselves. Auto tag adds the server tag in front of the names of people who join and register.
Commands
Type / in Discord to see them all. The settings are in the dashboard too.
Questions people ask
Who can register members?
The registration staff role you pick in the dashboard. Without one, people with Manage Roles and Manage Nicknames can register.
Can I change the name format?
Yes: {tag} is the server tag, {name} the name and {age} the age. When age is optional, that part drops out by itself.
Is the age stored?
No. The age is only written into the nickname; the registration history keeps the name, the action and the time.
Can I use a staff role as the member role?
No. Roles with permissions such as banning or managing the server cannot be given automatically, so nobody gains staff rights through registration.
