Sales are made under Turkish consumer law (Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation). The Turkish text is the binding one; this is a short English summary.
1. Parties
Seller: Burak Baki Aydemir, Tevfikbey Mahallesi, Şehit Feride Sokak No: 14/17, Küçükçekmece / İstanbul, 0546 978 34 08, egelburakbakiaydemir@gmail.com. Buyer: the person who signs in with Discord on codeehub.xyz and places the order.
2. The service
CodeBot Premium: Supporter (30 days, personal perks in every server) or Server Supporter (30, 90 or 365 days, the Supporter perks plus premium in one server of your choice). It is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal, and it never includes coins, items or any advantage in games or the economy. See Premium for the full list.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in Turkish lira and are the full amount you pay. You pay by card on the secure page of a licensed payment institution; your card details never reach the seller.
4. Delivery
Premium is added to your Discord account as soon as the payment is confirmed (and switched on in the server you chose). If the same or a higher tier is still running, the new time starts when it ends. If premium is not added within 24 hours, contact us; if we cannot fix it you get a full refund.
5. Withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for services performed electronically at once. You confirm this with the checkbox when you order. The refunds in the refund terms still apply.
6. Complaints
Write to us by email or in the support server; we answer within 7 days. Disputes go to the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts in Türkiye.
