A ticket system
When a member presses a button on the panel, a channel opens that only they and the staff can see. When the ticket closes, a transcript of the conversation is kept.
-
Pick a category and a staff role
Ticket channels open under a category. Choose the role that handles tickets; that role sees every ticket.
-
Send the panel
The panel goes to the channel members see, with a title, a description and a Create ticket button.
/ticket panel channel:#support category:Tickets staff:@Support -
Add a button per topic
Add separate buttons for topics like “Purchases” or “Reports”; each can go to its own category and staff role. 2 buttons free, 5 with 💎 Premium.
/ticket button-add label:Purchases emoji:🛒 topic:Payments and orders -
Handle and close tickets
In a ticket channel you can add or remove people. Closing it sends a transcript to the log channel and to the member who opened it, and the channel is deleted a few seconds later.
/ticket close -
Close quiet tickets by themselves
Tickets nobody has written in for the time you choose close on their own, with their transcript.
/ticket auto-close hours:48
